ravkoo Lab is an at-home nationwide lab solution that helps patients keep track of their health and physical condition. Choose a test listed in ravkoo Lab and we will send a kit to your home. After providing your sample, you can send the sample to the address provided.
Patients need to download the ravkoo Health app and proceed to the ravkoo Lab tab, where you will see 11 different test options with a detailed description of each test. Each person can order one (1) kit at a time. After placing your order, you will receive your kit at your home. Once you collect your sample and send it back to us, your results will be uploaded into the app within 72 hours.

1health is our lab partner company. Through 1health, you will receive all the test kits, instructions, results, and emails.
In order to return your kit and receive a refund, please send the unused kit to the address below by writing “Return to Sender” on the USPS shipping label and providing it to USPS. Once the package is on it’s way back to us, please inform us at lab@ravkoohealth.com. Please keep in mind that at home Covid-19 kits are non-refundable and can not be returned.

You should receive a confirmation email once you have signed up for services. If for some reason you do not receive an email please use the Customer Support chat feature on our app or website and one of our representatives will assist you.

Yes. ravkoo Health is the perfect platform for those who do not have insurance. ravkoo Health is designed to be accessible and affordable for everyone.
We currently do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or commercial insurance at this time. Our service is a cash only, and we offer affordable services for patients. ravkoo Lab is a marketplace for telehealth where you will find affordable prices and lab tests.
Currently, we do not accept FSA and HSA.
How long will it take to receive the ordered lab test kit?
It usually takes 2-5 business days for the test kit to arrive

In case of covid-19 testing, how soon can I expect to receive the results?
You may expect to receive the results within 72 hours of the lab receiving the sample.

Can I use it for testing my kids?
As of now, the kits can be used only for those aged 18 and above.

Yes! You will receive the test results confidentially on your smartphone.
Can I subscribe to get a lab kit regularly?
No, there is no subscription. You can simply order your kit from ravkoo Health whenever you need.
Do I need insurance to use ravkoo Health Lab service?
We currently do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or commercial insurance at this time. Our service is cash only, making it affordable and accessible for patients.
What should I do if my kit is defective?
If you encounter any defects in the kit, please contact ravkoo health support.
