Once you have signed up for ravkoo Health, you have access to the ravkoo lifestyle division. Once you enter your demographic details you will see our services listed, which include: Behavioral Health, Healthy Eating & Wellness Support, Weight Loss Support, and Diabetes Education. From this list, you can select the provider for the requested service based on availability, pricing, and ratings.
Currently we offer 4 services: Behavioral Health, Healthy Eating & Wellness Support, Weight Loss Support, and Diabetes Education.. We will be adding additional services in the near future.
Download the ravkoo Health app from the Google Play store or the Apple store. Once you have downloaded the app, you can select the ravkoo Lifestyle option and begin using the services.
No, there are no membership fees.
No, there are no registration fees. You can join for free.
To delete your account, select preferences under account settings. From there you will find the delete option.
You can update or edit your personal basic information by going into the app, opening your profile and selecting the edit option.

You will have the option in the ravkoo Lifestyle app to choose your provider depending on their ratings and prices.
Yes, they are all individually credentialed by provider type. All of our Behavioral Health Therapists are Independently Licensed. All of our Health & Wellness Coaches are certified through reputable Coaching Organizations and/or hold other credentials within the Health & Wellness space.
The length of your session will depend on the service requested and the offered appointment time of the Therapist or Coach.
No, ravkoo health is a marketplace for telehealth services and allows Therapists & Coaches to pick the service and prices they want to offer.
If the Therapist or Coach you have selected does not contact you within your scheduled time, please use the customer support chat feature within the ravkoo health app to reach out.
Yes, With any service you begin in the ravkoo Lifestyle app, you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire which will be reviewed by your Therapist/Coach prior to your appointment.
No, Therapists and Coaches are not able to prescribe medications. If interested in medication management please discuss this with your medical provider or request an appointment in ravkoo MD.
Once you request your appointment, the Therapist or Coach will be able to accept your requested appointment. You will receive an email confirmation and push notification on your smart device from the app that includes all the information for your appointment.
At this time we do not offer the ability to review past telehealth appointments.
Yes. Our platform is 100% secure and HIPAA compliant. All patient and consultation information is stored safely and securely, and payment information is never stored in the app.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
No, we do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, Military Insurance (Tri-care) or any private insurance.
You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time with a full refund to be credited back to you. Within 24 hours of the appointment, there is no guarantee for a refund after cancellation as the provider has booked their time accordingly.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation as well as a push notification from the app with the details.

You can join any platform you wish, there are no restrictions or exclusivity.
You can choose your own schedule with ravkooLifestye. If you are not available on any particular day or time then you have the option in your calender to show that you are unavailable for those dates and times.
In ravkoo Lifestyle, you have the complete freedom to choose the prices for your services.
No, it’s free to sign up and offer services on the app.
Yes. After your consultation you will have an option in the app to connect with your clients for any followup questions or concerns.
Clients can pay by using all major credit or debit cards.
Payment will directly come to your ravkoo Lifestyle wallet and after seven (7) days you will be able to receive payment for your services.
Once a client requests an appointment you will receive an email and push notification from the app. You will then need to confirm the appointment.
Clients can cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time and receive a full refund. If a client cancel within 24 hours they will not be able to receive a refund.

Yes, all of our coaches and counselors credentials are verified and they are licesned as required by each state to provide services.
Can my kids use ravkoo Lifestyle?
You have to be 18 years or older to use ravkoo Lifestyle services
What is ravkoo Lifestyle's cancellation policy?

Are there any monthly or yearly plans or any subsciption that I can sign up?
Currently we do not offer subscriptions, it is a pay per session service

Yes, your payments and personal information will be kept with utmost safety.
How can I cancel a subscription-based plan?
Minimum subscription base plan is for a period of three months, afterwards you can cancel any time you wish.
What can I use for payment?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit and Debit cards for payment purposes
Does medicare/medicade/insurance required for this?
We currently do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or commerical insurance at this time. Our service is cash only, making it affordable and accesible for patients
What kind of visit will I have? Video/Call
You will have the option to select if you would like to do an audio call or a video call with your counselor or coach
How do I send a direct message to my Coach/Counselor?
In the ravkoo Health app there is a chat feature by which you can connect directly with your coach or counselor
What if I paid for the services and don't see an improvement or not satisfied?
