ravkooMD is a marketplace of telehealth services that connect patients to providers. Based on the services you are looking for, you can select your provider and submit a medical questionnaire, as well as recieve and provide your medical history. The licensed provider will review your information and if needed order a prescription which will be sent to your choice of pharmacy.
Our team of providers include board certified and licensed Doctors (MD), and Nurse Practitioners (NP) who are licensed to practice medicine and prescribe medications in the states which they are licensed in. They are committed to providing quality care.

Each state has different and specific requirements for telemedicine. We follow the state regulation based on the state you are requesting services from. Also, depending on the severity of your health condition your licensed provider may conduct a video or audio consultation.
Yes. The majority of our services provided have the option for questionnaire-based services, where you will need to submit a medical questionnaire form detailing your symptoms. Based on your provider’s discretion they can send a prescription to a pharmacy. However, based on some state telemedicine regulations, your location, and your health condition, it may require a video or phone consultation before a prescription can be sent to the pharmacy.
No. We can only treat mild and uncomplicated conditions. If you are experiencing life threatening symptoms or having a medical emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room or dial 911.
No, we currently only offer services in the United States.
Currently, we do not provide doctors notes or sick notes, however your session information is stored in the app.

Asynchronous Service Treatment: Select your service and complete the questionnaire form. Your information will be forwarded to your selected provider. You may be contacted by the provider to discuss your medical conditions if needed. If your provider needs any additional details before ordering your prescription, they will communicate with you via the chat option available on the app. If there is a delayed response from the patient, the consultation process and prescription orders may be delayed.
Synchronous Service Treatment: Select your service and based on your preference you can select the provider you wish to meet with. Your information will be forwarded to that provider and they will contact you through audio or video call at your scheduled time.
Yes. You will need to contact your choice of pharmacy and give them ravkoo Pharmacys name, phone and fax number. They will contact ravkoo Pharmacy for a transfer.
Once you submit your medical questionnaire form, your provider will review and examine your past and current health condition and current symptoms. Your provider will make a professional judgement on whether a prescription is necessary to treat your symptom.
Currently, to reschedule your appointment you will need to cancel your current appointment, then you can schedule a new appointment.
On the app you will be provided a medical questionnaire. There you can submit all medical information.
Asynchronous Service Treatment: Based on every state’s telemedicine regulations, some states require a need for a video or audio consultation. Usually, if you select asynchronous service and the state from which you choose telehealth service allows you to use asynchronous services then the provider will not contact you directly unless there are specific questions they have and wish to speak with you regarding your medical condition.
Based on your current medical condition and the treatment you are looking for, the provider will make a judgment whether a prescription is required or not. With his discretion, if a prescription is required, the provider will order the prescription and send it to your choice of pharmacy. If the provider needs any additional details before ordering your prescription, they will contact you either by phone or the chat feature. In any case of an unanswered response from a patient, the consultation process and prescription orders may be delayed. Always check your spam and emails for communications that may be missed.
Synchronous Service Treatment: Select your service and based on your preference you can select the provider you wish to meet with and schedule your session.
If you have selected synchronous service (Audio/Video call service) a physician will decide audio or video call based on symtomps and services you have selected.
Once you have downloaded the ravkoo Health app from the Google Play store or the App store you can create an account by completing the necessary information to register an account.
Typically for questionnaire based services, you will receive a response within 24 hours. For your scheduled audio or video call the sessions will be approximately 15 minutes.
Once the questionnaire is complete and a physician is chosen, the customer can see the physician’s earliest availability in the calendar
At your scheduled time, you will be placed in a waiting room. The physician will then connect with you through audio or video call.
For your audio or video call sessions, once your provider has approved your request they will call you at your scheduled time. For a questionnaire-based visit, your provider will review the questionnaire and issue a prescription if needed within 24 hours. If your provider has any questions regarding your questionnaire they will contact you through the chat feature on the app.

You will not be able to chat with your provider after your consultation. However, if you would like to reach back out to the same provider you will need to contact the ravkoo Health support team and a representative will assist you.

Once your appointment has been accepted by the provider, you will receive a push notification confirming your appointment.
ravkoo Health is affiliated with ravkoo Pharmacy. We also have a network of 150+ independent pharmacies located throughout all 50 states. If you choose to use the ravkoo Health network for free delivery, your provider will only need to send the prescription to ravkoo Pharmacy. The pharmacy will contact you and deliver your prescription to your home at no cost. However, you can choose a local and preferred pharmacy to have your prescriptions sent to.
Yes. If you opt out of the benefits of our ravkoo Health pharmacy network, you can select a pharmacy of your choice which will be available on the app. You will need to complete a questionnaire form and submit your pharmacys name, address and phone number.
Based on your choice of pharmacy you have selected (ravkoo Pharmacy or a preferred local pharmacy), you will be contacted by that pharmacy and they will take your payment.
If your prescriber has chosen to give you refills on your prescription, you will be able to have your refills from the pharmacy. If you do not have any refills, you will have to schedule a new appointment with your ravkooMD provider.
Are all providers on ravkoo MD licensed?
Yes, they are all licensed in their respective states to do medical practice and prescribe medications in their licensing states and are committed to deliver ideal quality care.
Why do I need to participate in live video / phone consultation?
Each state has specific requirements and regulations for telemedicine. Depending on the state from where you are requesting for consultation, we need to follow state telemedicine regulation and also depending on the severity of your condition and preference, doctor may conduct a live video/phone consultation.
Can I get a prescription without seeing a doctor?
Based on State telemedicine regulations, some states require a need for a Video/ Phone consultation, while some states do not require video or phone consultation.
Majority of our services will not require any video / phone consultation, however provider will decide based on the severity of your condition you have and whether phone/ video is required or not. If video / phone is not needed, then provider may prescribe medication after reviewing the complete questionnaire form based on their judgement and discretion.
Can I use ravkoo MD for medical emergencies?
We provide teleconsultation service for non-emergency medical conditions. If you experience any severe symptoms or have any MEDICAL EMERGENCY, SEEK IN-PERSON EMERGENCY CARE IMMEDIATELY OR DIAL 911.
Who can use ravkoo MD services?
Anybody aged 18 years or above, present and residing in US can use ravkoo MD services.
What should I do if I do not receive an email confirmation?
First check your spam folder or trash folder in your email before contacting the customer service. If have not received an email please connect to chat bot on the app or website.
Do you prescribe controlled drugs?
We do not prescribe controlled substance medicine.

How long can be the consultations?
Typically for asynchrnous service you will get response within 24 hours. For Synchrnonous service ( Phone / Video ) will be 15 minutes, depending on the type of consultation.
How quickly can I connect with doctor?
If you select on-demand option, you can connect immediately or you can select a scheduled option and pick earliest time slot available.
What should I do if my doctor doesn't join or call me?
If the doctor doesn't contact you within five minutes of your schedule time, you can use the chat feature on our app and connect with the support team.
Can I pay using my insurance?
Currently, we are not accepting any insurances. ravkoo health MD is marketplace for telehealth where you find the best and cheapest cash only services.
Does ravkoo MD have any membership fees?
ravkoo MD does not charge any membership fees.
What can I use for payment?
Users can use Apple pay, google pay, and credit/ debit cards as payment options.
What is your refund policy?
Our support team will always assist you to cancel the request and help you with the refund. Please email us at support@ravkoohealth.com or call us at 888-888-8888 for the support. ravkoo MD offers full refund for any scheduled visit, if you will cancel up to 24 hours before.
Once the consultation request has been reviewed by the doctor or if the prescription has been ordered to the pharmacy, you are not eligible for cancellation or a refund.

Can I get my prescription to be filled at my choice of pharmacy ?
Yes! In case if you do not want to use the benefits of ravkoo Rx or free delivery and their best customer service of digital pharmacy then, you can always select your choice of pharmacy option available on the app. You can do this when you choose any service in the app. Start filling out the questionnaire form and submit with your choice of pharmacy (name), address and phone number. If you choose ravkoo Rx and later you decide to fill it locally, then simply send us a message through the chat option available on app and later our team will sort it out for you. Some states require phone / video calls depending on their regulations or if you choose synchronous service, you can also inform our doctors or nurse practitioner when you speak with them.
