You will receive free same or next day delivery, assistance with copay cards from the manufacturer, prior authorization assistance, and competitive cash prices for uninsured patients.
As a provider, we help provide a streamlined workflow by reducing calls to and from the pharmacy. We can assist with prior authorizations, help increase patient adherence and offer your patients assistance with their copays, and we offer competitive cash prices. Our pharmacists provide free consultations on their medications and we make it convenient for your patient to receive their medication by offering the same or next day delivery.
If you are not satisfied with the services you receive from your local pharmacy and would like to transfer your prescriptions to one of our ravkoo Health network pharmacies simply fill out the form on the app and our team will locate the closest pharmacy to you based on your address and handle the transfer.
Yes, we are licensed in all 50 states.
Once we receive your request, our ravkoo Health support team will work to find the nearest network pharmacy to your location. We will notify you via email or text with the pharmacy information. After they have received your request, they will work with your current pharmacy to complete the prescription transfer and will contact you to set-up delivery.
If you have not received a call back from your new pharmacy, please use the Customer Support chat feature on the ravkoo Health app and one of our representatives will assist you.
No. Our pharmacies can not send copies of prescriptions to patients. You will be able to access your prescription records in the ravkoo Health app.
Our licensed pharmacists can provide you with free consultations on your medications and side effects, drug interactions, and more. All you need to do is log into the ravkoo Health app and select ravkoo RX. Here, you will be able to request a video consultation.
No. If you are experiencing severe symptoms or have a medical emergency please go to the nearest emergency room or dial 911.
You can consult with the pharmacist for anything related to your medications, such as drug interactions, allergies, side effects, and more. They can also work with you to find the best price available to you or help you with discount cards for copay assistance where applicable.
We offer video consultations, however, you have the option to turn your camera off for an audio-only call.
There is no cost associated with your consultation.
ravkoo Pharmacy is one of our network pharmacies within the ravkoo Health pharmacy network.
Your provider can send prescriptions directly to ravkoo Pharmacy through E-SCRIBE using our E-SCRIBE number 5707736. They can also fax prescriptions to (863) 875-5619.
ravkoo Pharmacy can assist with prior authorizations by working directly with your provider to expedite the process.
When you sign up for ravkoo Health you can give consent for us to pull your prescription records with the use of Health Gorilla integrations. Health Gorilla is integrated with all major EHR/EMR systems; therefore, providing us access to most patient health records. Your records will be secured and we remain 100% HIPAA Compliant.
While we are integrated with all major EHR/EMR systems, there is a slight chance your records may not be accessible. Please reach out to Customer Support by using the chat feature on the app and a representative will be there to assist you and determine whether there is a technical error or if we do not currently have access to your records.

The ravkoo RX prescription savings card is accessible in over 65,000 pharmacies across the nation. Show the pharmacy staff your card or use the app at the pharmacy to provide an average savings of 65%. In some cases, your savings can be as high as 80%,

Most generic medications and many brand medications are covered with the prescription savings card.
No, the prescription savings card cannot be used in conjunction with your prescription insurance.
Anyone who has limited insurance coverage or no prescription insurance can use the prescription savings card, and reside in the United States.

How do I refill my prescriptions?
You can text at (863) 875 5700 with Rx number, Frist and Last name, & DOB. (If the prescription is sent to ravkoo Rx, then this can be done but if its sent to other pharmacy, please contact that pharmacy). Also, you can choose auto-refill, so that we will refill your medications and send them to you on time, and you would not have to keep track of the dates. We will coordinate with your provider and insurance company to make sure you never run out of your medication.
How much time it will take to receive my prescriptions?
We can mail your prescriptions and you can get it in two days. We also have same-day delivery service available if you need your medication right away.
Do you accept HSA/FSA card?
Yes. We accept FSA and HSA cards.
How to obtain my Rx statement form pharmacy for tax returns?
You can request the pharmacy via text message and the pharmacy will mail the statement to you.
If I have written prescription from my doctor, how can ravkoo health pharmacy help me in filling it?
If you have a written original prescription, you can drop a mail to ravkoo Rx
What to do if I booked a pharmacist consultation but never received the call?
We monitor all the pharmacist consultations requested by the patients. If the consultation is delayed or cancelled due to any technical issue, we will notify the patient.
Can I get copy of my prescriptions?
Unfortunately, a pharmacy cannot send the copy of prescription to a patient. One pharmacy can only transfer it to another pharmacy.
Is my credit card information safe?
Our pharmacy system is absolutely safe and secure.
My prescription requires prior authorization. Can ravkoo health Health help me?
Yes. ravkoo Health can assist with prior authrorization and work with your physician to exepedite prior authorization process.
What forms of insurance do you accept?

How do I transfer my refills from my current pharmacy to ravkoo health pharmacy?
